Currently, Ayuras ships only within India. (If you plan to offer international shipping in future, we can update this section with regions, timelines, and charges.)


4. Delays in Delivery

  1. While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen factors such as courier partner issues, weather conditions, strikes, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.
  2. Ayuras will not be held liable for delays beyond our control.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  1. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product/package.
  2. In case of a lost shipment, we will investigate with our courier partners and update you on the resolution.
