1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund within 3 calendar days from the date of delivery.

  2. Unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  3. In the same condition that you received them.
  4. Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt).
  5. Certain items are non-returnable, such as:
  6. Personal care or hygiene products that have been opened.
  7. Discounted or clearance items marked “Final Sale.”


2. Refund Process

Contact our support team at info@ayuras.com within 3 days of delivery.

Provide your order details and reason for return.

Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide return instructions.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the refund status.


3. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days (depending on your bank/payment provider).

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect.


4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please request a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.


5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
