At Ayuras Enterprise, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.


1. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if:

The product received is damaged or defective

The wrong product was delivered

The product was lost during shipping

The order was cancelled before shipment

Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.


2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

Opened or used products

Products damaged due to customer misuse

Products purchased during clearance or special promotional sales

Due to hygiene reasons, cosmetic and personal care products cannot be refunded once opened.


3. Refund Process

Once your refund request is received:

Our team will review your request.

You may be asked to provide photos or videos of the product.

After approval, the refund will be processed.


4. Refund Time

Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.


5. Refund Method

If you paid online, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer or UPI.
