Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

Customers can cancel their order before it is shipped.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your Order Number.

Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.


2. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If the order is cancelled before shipment, a full refund will be issued.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.

Refund processing may take 5–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.


3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, cancellation must be requested before the order is dispatched.

Repeated cancellation of COD orders may result in restriction of COD service for future orders.


4. Cancellation by Ayuras Enterprise

In rare cases, Ayuras Enterprise may cancel an order due to:

Product being out of stock

Payment issues or failed transactions

Incorrect or incomplete shipping details

If this happens, customers will be notified and a full refund will be processed.
